Max shares his experience, "Item just got dropped off, I have opened the Sector 9 Nicaragua and there is a crack from back wheels almost to the front wheels on the bottom of the deck, another crack about 12in long, and also appear to be cracks on top under the clear grip, serious waste of time. Why would anyone bother sending an item in this condition?"

"Bought the frying pan with House was told lifetime warranty but the quality is not there and won't replace it.. they refused to replace it with plenty of excuses like overheat and scatch with utensils.. cant cook with the high heat and cant cook meat with the bone... as the sharp bone can scratch the frying pan.. what a poor quality frying pan..."

I emailed them and have tried calling them several times but no one ever answers.
